  1. Where all can you deliver the equipment?
    We serve all major cities across the United States. Our local knowledge enables us to deliver your rental packages in good time to key business destinations, including hotels, conference centers, convention centers, meeting halls, stadiums and more.
  2. I have a trade show coming up. What equipment can you help me with?
    We recommend that you look at our vast inventory of branded audio-visual (AV) systems. Many of our customers rent video walls and plasma rentals to make an impact at trade shows and marketing events. One of our representatives can help in tailoring a rental package to your requirements.
  3. What if I cannot find the equipment listed on your website?
    Call us immediately and let us know your requirements. We'll source the equipment for you in the quickest time.
  4. What are your provisions for urgent delivery? How soon can I receive my order?
    We offer same day and next day services to address emergency needs. If you have decided what equipment you want to rent, we recommend that you place your order at the earliest. If you need more information about our equipment and/or service, we're happy to help you make informed decisions.
  5. How will I receive my equipment?
    We'll courier the equipment to you or send it via express delivery service to the requested location.
  6. Do you offer set-up and takedown services?
    Yes, our qualified and trained technicians install the systems and run them to help you get started. They also assist with equipment removal.
  7. Do you offer on-site technical support?
    Yes. Our licensed and trained technicians are available at the site of your event to assist with set up and troubleshoot problems.
  8. Can you pre-load software on the systems?
    Yes, just let us know your requirements and we'll take it from there.
  9. Can you configure the hardware?
    Yes, we offer both standard and custom configurations. We also offer networking accessories and add-on options, so do discuss your needs in detail.
  10. How can I be sure I am renting secure equipment?
    We test and sanitize all machines prior to delivery. They are virus-free and properly patched for security.
  11. What if I face issues with the equipment?
    We test all equipment prior to delivery. If you face a problem, you can call us at 855-536-5551 and our technicians will resolve the problem(s). In the event that the issue cannot be resolved, we'll replace the equipment immediately.
  12. What is my liability towards the rental equipment?
    From the time we deliver your rental package to you, you are responsible for taking care of the equipment. We cannot assist in any way in the event of damage or theft.
  13. Is there a minimum order requirement ?
    No. We recommend that you speak to one of our representatives if you need assistance in choosing equipment.
  14. Can I modify my order or cancel an order I have already placed? Is there is a penalty for cancellation?
     You can call us to cancel or change your order. We request that you cancel your order by notifying us 2 days before your rental period is scheduled to begin.  If you so wish, we can also credit the cash towards a future order. The refund and the future credit are subject to a cancellation fee. In all other cases where notification is not received 2 days prior to the start of the rental period, we do not offer a refund.
  15. Do you offer discounts on bulk packages?
    We are happy to improve on our already-competitive rates through discounts on large volume orders to regular customers. Call us to discuss your specific requirements.
  16. What payment options do I have?
    We accept all major credit cards.
