Terms and Conditions

The equipment and services provided by National Computer Rental are subject to certain terms and conditions, as outlined on this page. We request you to understand the terms and conditions before placing an order.

You or Your or Yours : Refers to the customer renting our equipment

Agreement Upon Placing an Order

By placing an order, written or oral, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions described herein. The terms and conditions, along with National Computer Rental's order confirmation, constitutes a complete agreement of both parties. The terms and conditions cannot, in any way, be modified and will be binding upon both parties.

Service and Rental Fees

By confirming your order, you are agreeing to the stated rental fee. The fees start accruing from the day specified on your order and continues through the day the equipment is delivered to you or picked up. If you have ordered specific services from National Computer Rental in relation to your equipment rental, you are liable to pay the service fees stated in your order.

Delivery and Return of Equipment

We will deliver all equipment through courier, express delivery service or an alternate means dependent on the time and nature of your order. You must provide a specific point of delivery and ensure that a trustworthy individual representing your business receives your rental package and signs for the same.

You can waive the requirement for signature upon delivery or pickup. Deliveries that are returned or refused will be processed as a complete transaction, and subject to the terms regarding lease, service and fees specific to the order. If you have requested for technician assistance for on-site support or set-up, the technician will deliver and install the equipment.

Depending upon your order, you will be responsible for returning the equipment to us through courier on the day your rental period ends, or the pick-up will be handled from our end, through courier or our technician.

Responsibility for Equipment

Upon receiving the equipment, you agree to inspect it and notify National Computer Rental of any malfunction, missing part or damages so we can expedite immediate action. Failure to notify National Computer Rental about any issues with the equipment will be deemed as a confirmation that the equipment is in fine working order and your acknowledgment of the same.

Liquidated Damages

Titles to the equipment are the sole property of National Computer Rental. In the event of damage, loss or theft of equipment while in your possession or control, or returned to National Computer rental Y days after the scheduled date of return on your order, we will hold the right to charge you or your credit card for an amount equivalent to the equipment's replacement cost, plus shipping charges, taxes and outstanding fees with respect to the equipment (“liquidated damages”).

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are accepting your responsibility to pay National Computer Rental a compensation, which has not been designed as a penalty or punishment, but a reasonable calculation of damages accrued by National Computer Rental in the situations mentioned above.

Technical Support

In the event that you experience difficulties setting-up or operating the equipment, please call us at 855-536-5551. Calls received after our 24/7 technical support staff will address regular business hours. Depending on the type and complexity of the equipment ordered, National Computer Rental may recommend the presence of one or more of our technicians at your premise or the site of your event. If you refuse technical assistance and happen to encounter technical difficulties during your event, we will not be held responsible.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order by notifying us 2 days before your rental period is scheduled to begin, in order to be eligible to receive a refund or a credit towards a future order minus a cancellation fee. In all other cases where notification is not received 2 days prior to the start of the rental period, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Certificate of Insurance

To protect against theft, damages or loss of equipment, we reserve the right to require a certificate of insurance to insure all rented equipment. The equipment's replacement cost and the amount insured in the customer policy will be determined at our sole discretion. Instructions regarding the same will be provided in detail.

Warranties

The rental equipment will be in fine working condition upon delivery. The foregoing warranties are in lieu of and exclude all other warranties not expressly mentioned herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

National Computer Rental is not responsible for the equipment or service quality expect otherwise provided in this agreement. We assume no responsibility that the equipment or services will be fit for any other purpose for which you may be leasing the equipment or ordering the services, expect as otherwise stated in this agreement.
